    Can we agree that Mild Eagle is one of the best coaster enthusiast nicknames for a coaster? I'm not sure I quite agree but I get what they're going for. This ride is a ton of fun and unlike a lot of the earlier B&Ms, this is a ride that I can ride over and over without having any issue. More Mild Eagles please!

  • Test Pilot

    Wing coasters get a really bad rap from enthusiasts who complain that the rides spend too much time being graceful and not enough time being intense. Well that may be the case but I think the real point of the ride is the exposed-ness of you sitting on the wing. Like X-Flight here. The ride is full of near misses that really emphasizes just how close you are to dismemberment. When you reframe the ride as wanting to achieve that, they get a lot more fun! And I'm a fan.

  • Swarm on the Wing

    Wing coasters kinda all feel the same to me. Wing over drop, zero-g roll, long drawn out manuevers. That is, until I rode The Swarm. What sets it apart is the theming. From the moment you walk onto its own island, you're surrounded by crashed equipment and an island under siege with the coaster as the cause. And you're treated to an exciting ride, dodging the equipment. This one is my current favorite wing coaster!

  • Keeping the Gate

    Gatekeeper is one of the most underrated coasters in the country, there I said it. Despite being constantly disparaged by enthusiasts for not having face melting intensity and overlooked for being at Cedar Point, this coaster always provides a fantastic ride. Sit in the front row and you'll feel like you're flying around the front of Cedar Point.
