I'm not a huge water ride person. I *hate* walking around with wet shoes all day. But when the water ride is a coaster I'll make an exception. This one was a lot of fun and surprising! I didn't see that big drop being the first thing and the elevator lift was cool. I can't say that I'll want to do this ride again but it was definitely better than expected!

Going a little more exotic for today's set of pictures; Capitol Bullet Train in Dubai! This Mack multi-launch coaster is located in the Lionsgate section of Motiongate Dubai. The knock on these types of rides has always been that the launches are weak. That might be true but I've come to the conclusion that they're not meant to be. CBT's back and forth launch gives some crazy airtime on the back spike and fun hangtime on the loop. This coaster surprised me and was my favorite in Dubai and top 3 in the entire country!
